I’m Josh White.
I am a designer and developer based in Seattle.
I work on both print and digital projects ranging from wine labels and camouflage to back end systems for websites and apps.
I’ve had a career in design from the beginning. My first job title was “Sandwich Artist” at Subway. I’m not sure if it’s official, but that’s what my shirt had stiched on it so I’m going with it.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from Sacramento State, and am a self taught developer. I’ve been lucky enough to teach design at the community college level, and am an active member of the colleges’ Advisory Board. I think it’s important to help and inspire the next generation of designers.
I design things like:
Custom camoflaugue for apparel
UI for phone apps
and watches
Programming for online ordering and kitchen administration systems for restaurants
that updates in real time
And wine labels.
Who doesn’t love wine?
In my time off you’ll find me with my wife and two kids. I play lots of house and am a mean Lego builder. I’m a huge San Francisco Giants fan and am in the process of rebuilding a Datsun 510 for vintage auto racing.
If you have a project that you think I’d be a good fit for let’s Chat.
Thank you for contacting me, I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
